In this workshop, Arnoud de Jonge, will try to develop with you these behavioural insights and will explain the drivers that Abbott used in their journey to Excellence.

Arnoud de Jonge has international site director leadership experience, in both chemical manufacturing with Lubrizol as well as in health care industry (Abbott Nutrition). As Director of Operational Excellence, he has worked with seven nutrition plants in six countries and was able to win the exclusive Shingo Prize with three of these sites.
